His passion for food is exemplified in his world class soups & sauces, where
he has a talent for creating flavourful, colourful, hearty meals that everyone can enjoy. He takes a traditional approach to his international culinary repetoire, transforming raw ingredients into edible works of art - always adding a touch of
"Ooh La La" to everything he prepares.
Kimberley Switzer - Catering Manager
Kimberley brings over 20 years experience in the Hospitality & Service Industry, bartending, serving and organizing events for weddings, private parties and corporate meetings. She attends to the details and manages the daily operations of the business. Kimberley has a creative eye for design & presentation creating elegant and artistic buffet tables to display Allan's culinary creations. Along with running the business and taking care of their two children, Kimberley is also working towards her credentials as a Nutritional Consultant.
